Terms & Conditions
By accessing and using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by and comply with the terms & conditions set out by Dance HQ
Dance HQ reserves the right to make changes to the advertised programme.
All bookings are non-refundable. You may transfer to another class or rearrange a date, subject to 24 hours notice being given.
In the unlikely event of Dance HQ cancelling a class, credit will be given or a later date will be arranged.
Student rates are available on our Adult Classes & Adult Graded Classes only, proof of status is required.
Class Cards can be used for any of our Adult Classes. They are activated at your first class following purchase, are valid for a set timeframe and cannot be extended.
Class Cards must be activated by attending a class within 4 weeks of purchase.
Class Cards cannot be used for Workshops, Adult Graded Classes, Guest Classes or Blaze Dance Academy
Guest Classes are clearly marked on our timetable. Dance HQ welcomes guest tutors to run their own classes from our studios. Dance HQ accepts no responsibility for class content and all enquiries must be directed to the relevant guest tutor.
Studio Hires must be paid in advance and are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy.
The studio must be returned to it's original state when you leave. All damages must be reported immediately and paid for.
Block Booking Studio Hires are for a minimum of 1 month and are inclusive of all dates within that month.
Party Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment for the minimum of 10 guests. Payments should be made within 1 month of requesting a date or a minimum of 1 month before your party date.
Additional Guests can be added up to 1 week before your party date.
Please inform Dance HQ of your song choice and theme no later than 1 week before your party date.
