OUR TOP TIPS

If you want to make your First Dance truly memorable for all the right reasons, here are out top tips for success.

 

  • Plan ahead. We recommend booking your First Dance lessons in regular weekly slots leading up to your wedding date, leaving 1 week to spare, ie a Platinum package will begin 7 weeks before your big day and a Gold package will begin 5 weeks before. This gives you enough time to practice at home in between lessons.
  • Wear similar shoes to the ones you’ll be wearing on the day. Learning to dance in shoes the same height or style as your wedding shoes during your First Dance lessons will really help you know how to move comfortably on the day.
  • Trust the process. Our tutors will do everything they can to make your First Dance lessons enjoyable and effective. Just enjoy each lesson with your partner and we’ll give you everything you need to know.
